My goal with the OCA : My goal with OCA is to help this organization continue to achieve success in providing children with special needs an opportunity to interact with other children having similar challenges and difficulties. The programs offered by OCA are structured so that the children are supported by each other as well as empowered to do their best by the dedicated volunteers within the OCA organization. |
