What I volunteer for at the OCA : I volunteer as a coach for softball, basketball, and soccer. I also help with all Saturday events and serve on the Fundraising Committee and Services Committee, as well as serve as Secretary of the Board of Directors. |

Family : I am very active in the lives of my long distance family still in NC. My family here is special to me as well. |

Hobbies and Interests : I enjoy being outdoors, especially when the days are long and sunny. I love animals and enjoy encorporating them into many areas of life. Children and animals bring me happiness, and fill my world with surprises. |

My goal with the OCA : My goal with the OCA is to offer services to the special needs community that meets the growing needs of a diverse population. Building upon existing services in our community, our highly trained staff will utilize a multi-disciplinary approach to teach leisure skills, provide meaningful social and recreational activities, offer empowering vocational choices, and have a wonderful place to call home. |
